Service-Specific Terms
These Service Specific Terms supplement the Terms of Service and the Usage Policy and apply to specific features, GPT/Claude models, upstream account types, payment capabilities, and management functions within NextHub's (official website: https://nexthub.cc) GPT/Claude relay service. If these Service Specific Terms conflict with the Terms of Service or the Usage Policy, the more specific, stricter, or more protective terms regarding security, compliance, and third-party rights shall prevail.
1. GPT/Claude Relay Service
NextHub provides gateway, scheduling, authentication, billing, forwarding, monitoring, and management capabilities for GPT/Claude requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise on NextHub pages or in a written agreement between the parties, this Service is not equivalent to the official OpenAI/Anthropic service, nor does it represent any commitment by OpenAI/Anthropic regarding service availability, pricing, speed, regional access, model capabilities, account status, or output quality.
You understand and agree that:
- Requests may be routed to different upstream resources based on GPT/Claude model, account pool, region, balance, concurrency, rate limits, health status, sticky sessions, failover, or NextHub policies;
- The same request may return different results at different times, with different GPT/Claude models, different accounts, different parameters, or different upstream states;
- Delays, failures, rate limiting, bans, policy blocks, model changes, interface changes, quota exhaustion, or account anomalies of OpenAI/Anthropic or other upstream services may directly affect your call results;
- NextHub may perform necessary protocol conversion, parameter validation, field filtering, degradation, retries, refusal, rate limiting, or interruption of requests to protect stability and compliance.
2. Upstream Accounts, Subscriptions, and API Keys
This Service may access GPT/Claude OAuth accounts, OpenAI/Anthropic API Keys, subscription resources, enterprise resources, or other upstream credentials supporting GPT/Claude calls. The available capabilities, quotas, rates, regions, billing methods, and risk control requirements may differ for different credential types.
If you provide your own upstream accounts, API Keys, OAuth authorizations, or other credentials, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right and necessary authorization to use that credential;
- The credentials, projects, billing accounts, organization accounts, regions, payment methods, and business purposes you provide comply with the requirements of OpenAI/Anthropic or the relevant upstream service provider;
- You will not share, rent, resell, misappropriate, bypass restrictions, or abuse upstream credentials through NextHub;
- Losses resulting from your provided credentials being invalid, expired, leaked, delinquent, restricted, banned, or in violation of upstream terms shall be borne by you.
We may, when necessary, perform health checks, connectivity tests, error classification, quota reading, privacy setting checks, risk control isolation, or automatic deactivation of credentials to maintain service stability and reduce upstream risk.
3. Billing, Quotas, and Priority
Different GPT/Claude models, service tiers, account types, request parameters, context lengths, input/output tokens, cache hits, tool calls, file capabilities, streaming responses, failed retries, and upstream prices may correspond to different billing rules.
You understand and agree that:
- Billing results are based on NextHub's records of actual calls, models, tokens, request statuses, order rules, and backend settlement;
- When upstream usage fields are missing, abnormal, or delayed, NextHub may estimate or backfill based on available logs, protocol rules, or configuration policies;
- Streaming requests, long-connection requests, tool calls, multi-turn sessions, and automatic retries may incur additional consumption;
- Requests may be refused, queued, degraded, or interrupted if the balance is insufficient, quota is exhausted, concurrency limits are exceeded, rate limits are triggered, risk controls are triggered, or upstream services are unavailable;
- Packages, discounts, promotional credits, trial credits, enterprise pricing, and special GPT/Claude model pricing are subject to NextHub pages, orders, or written agreements between the parties.
4. GPT/Claude Outputs and Professional Use
GPT/Claude outputs are AI-generated content only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, similar, duplicative, contain erroneous code, contain security flaws, contain third-party rights content, or be unsuitable for your business objectives.
Before using GPT/Claude outputs in the following scenarios, you should conduct additional human review, testing, and compliance confirmation:
- Production code, infrastructure scripts, database migrations, CI/CD, operational automation, security policies, or access controls;
- Professional fields such as law, healthcare, mental health, finance, insurance, taxation, employment, education, housing, and public services;
- External publication, marketing campaigns, news dissemination, academic submissions, product decisions, user profiling, review sanctions, or other scenarios that may affect the rights of others;
- Scenarios involving personal information, trade secrets, protected materials, customer data, source code, account credentials, or security vulnerabilities.
You may not use GPT/Claude outputs as the sole source of facts, the sole professional opinion, or the sole basis for automated decision-making.
5. Codex/Claude Code and Developer Capabilities
This Service may support Codex, OpenAI, Claude Code, Anthropic-compatible interfaces, code generation, code explanation, tool calling, function calling, file analysis, repository assistance, and other GPT/Claude developer capabilities.
When using code-related capabilities, you are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing the correctness, security, license, dependency provenance, supply chain risk, and suitability of generated code;

- Unauthorized personal portraits, voices, identities, documents, private information, or sensitive materials;
- Non-consensual intimate content, minor-related sexualized content, violent or gory content, hateful content, or illegal content;
- Synthetic content intended to deceive, impersonate, defraud, create false evidence, spread fake news, create false proof, mislead the public, or evade review;
- Materials that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other third-party rights.
When publicly releasing AI-generated or AI-modified content, you should provide necessary disclosure, labeling, or watermarking in accordance with applicable law, platform rules, and industry practice.
7. Proxies, Regions, and Availability
This Service may restrict certain regions, GPT/Claude models, accounts, or features due to network quality, OpenAI/Anthropic supported regions, account locations, payment regions, egress IPs, proxy quality, regulatory requirements, or upstream policies.
You may not use this Service to circumvent applicable regional restrictions, sanctions, export controls, identity verification, age restrictions, business qualifications, industry licenses, account ownership, or OpenAI/Anthropic's available region policies.
If access fails, accounts become restricted, orders are canceled, balances are frozen, or services are terminated due to your region, identity, business, downstream users, IP, proxy, payment method, or upstream credentials not meeting requirements, you assume the associated risks.
8. Beta, Experimental, and Compatibility Capabilities
This Service may provide experimental, preview, beta, compatibility layers, bridging layers, protocol conversion, unofficial adaptations, or other GPT/Claude-related capabilities that are not yet stable. These capabilities may have high instability, field changes, compatibility issues, billing differences, upstream limitations, or risk of discontinuation at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on NextHub pages or in a written agreement between the parties, experimental capabilities are provided on an "as is" basis, with no commitment to continuous availability, backward compatibility, error-free operation, data integrity, or production readiness. You should assess the risks before use and prepare degradation, replacement, rate-limiting, and rollback plans.
9. Management Backend and Administrator Responsibilities
If you are a team, enterprise, channel, agent, supplier, or administrator user, you are responsible for managing your sub-accounts, members, API Keys, orders, balances, credentials, routing policies, quota configurations, content policies, and end-user behavior.
You should reasonably configure:
- Least privilege, strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and administrator role separation;
- API Key lifecycle, call quotas, concurrency limits, rate limits, and balance alerts;
- Audit logging, anomaly alerts, ticket handling, abuse management, and data retention;
- End-user terms of use, privacy notices, content policies, and appeal channels.
Losses caused by administrator configuration errors, excessive permissions, key leakage, member abuse, failure to timely handle alerts, or inadequate downstream management shall be borne by the relevant administrator or account holder.
10. Payments, Orders, and Channel Services
This Service may integrate third-party payment, recharge, redemption codes, packages, coupons, enterprise procurement, channel settlement, or supplier settlement capabilities. Payments, refunds, chargebacks, risk control, fees, exchange rates, taxes, crediting times, and dispute handling may be affected by third-party payment institutions, banks, card networks, tax rules, and platform risk controls.
You may not use chargeback fraud, refund fraud, money laundering, fraudulent transactions, payment proxy fraud, arbitrage, batch accounts, abnormal recharges, abnormal refunds, illegal funding sources, or other payment abuse methods to use this Service.
If an order is flagged as abnormal by a payment institution, bank, card network, regulator, or platform risk control, we may suspend quota issuance, freeze balances, delay settlement, request supplementary materials, revoke discounts, restrict accounts, or terminate services.
11. Data, Logs, and Privacy Boundaries
To provide authentication, forwarding, billing, risk control, troubleshooting, customer support, compliance, and security capabilities, this Service may process necessary request metadata, account information, API Key identifiers, IPs, device information, routing information, Claude model names, token usage, error information, order information, and logs.
We will process data in accordance with functional requirements, configuration, and legal requirements. However, you understand and agree that: when requests are forwarded to OpenAI/Anthropic or other upstream service providers, the relevant inputs, outputs, metadata, or logs may be processed by the respective third party in accordance with its terms and privacy policy.
You should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, trade secrets, state secrets, regulated data, payment-sensitive data, medical data, children's data, production keys, or other highly sensitive content to this Service. If such submission is necessary, you must ensure you have a legal basis, obtain necessary consent, complete anonymization or encryption, and comply with applicable laws and upstream policies.
