You must comply with this Usage Policy, the Terms of Service, service-specific terms, NextHub announcements, applicable laws and regulations, and the terms, usage policies, and security requirements of OpenAI/Anthropic and other relevant upstream service providers. If there is a conflict between rules, the rule that is stricter or better protects security, compliance, third-party rights, and the public interest shall apply.

- Use prompt injection, jailbreaking, model manipulation, or other methods to induce GPT/Claude to output illegal, harmful, censorship-evading, or upstream-policy-violating content.
Authorized security research, vulnerability testing, red teaming, or internal security assessments must be limited to assets for which you have legal authorization, and must be conducted in a minimally necessary, non-destructive, and auditable manner. You may not use this Service for unauthorized attacks, proliferation, persistence, data theft, or real-world environment disruption.
4. Privacy, Identity, and Personal Data
You may not use this Service to:
- Illegally collect, process, infer, disclose, sell, exchange, track, monitor, or identify personal information, sensitive personal information, account credentials, communication content, location history, biometric information, or undisclosed materials;

- Build unauthorized facial recognition databases, profiling systems, social scoring systems, emotion recognition systems, sensitive attribute inference systems, or mass surveillance systems;
- Use GPT/Claude outputs for automated decision-making that has significant legal, medical, financial, educational, employment, housing, insurance, credit, immigration, law enforcement, or other substantial impacts on individuals, unless you have a legal basis, adequate notice, human review, professional review, and appeal mechanisms.
5. Protection of Minors
You may not use this Service to generate, request, disseminate, assist, or glorify any content involving the sexualization of minors, exploitation, enticement, violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, bullying or humiliation, illegal transactions, or age-inappropriate content.
If your products, websites, applications, communities, or services may be targeted at or accessible to minors, you must implement appropriate age-gating, parental consent, content ratings, safety notices, human review, complaint handling, and access control measures, and comply with applicable minor protection, personal information protection, and GPT/Anthropic requirements.
6. Fraud, Misleading, and Dishonest Conduct
You may not use this Service to:
- Engage in fraud, phishing, fake customer service, counterfeit websites, fake investments, fake job postings, fake prize notifications, fake charitable activities, fake medical services, fake legal services, fake financial services, or other deceptive activities;
- Generate or disseminate fake credentials, fake invoices, fake reviews, fake news, fake academic achievements, fake transaction records, fake qualifications, fake certificates, or forged materials;
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as purely human-created to deceive others;
- Organize astroturfing operations, metric manipulation, opinion manipulation, vote manipulation, review manipulation, search ranking manipulation, recommendation system manipulation, or conceal commercial sponsorship relationships;
- Violate the integrity rules of schools, examinations, competitions, certifications, recruitment platforms, or other institutions.
7. Hate, Harassment, Violence, Adult, and Harmful Content
You may not use this Service to generate, disseminate, or facilitate:
- Hate speech, discrimination, derogation, exclusion, or incitement based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, disease, social status, or other protected attributes;
- Harassment, bullying, threats, extortion, humiliation, doxxing, stalking, retaliation, or organized attacks;
- Pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, deepfake pornography, sexual violence, child sexual abuse material, or other illegal adult content;
- Excessive gore, abuse, torture, extreme violence, terrorist propaganda, or incitement to real-world harm;
- Encouraging, instructing, glorifying, or facilitating self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, substance abuse, or other serious physical or mental harm.
8. High-Risk and Professional Fields
If you use this Service for legal, medical, mental health, financial, insurance, employment, education, housing, public services, product safety, critical infrastructure, law enforcement, national security, immigration, or other high-risk fields, you must at minimum meet the following requirements:
- Clearly inform users at the start of any display or interaction that they are using an AI or AI-assisted system;
- Do not rely on GPT/Claude outputs as the sole basis for judgment;
- Conduct human review by appropriately qualified, experienced, or authorized personnel;
- Provide users with appropriate risk warnings, disclaimers, error correction channels, and appeal channels;
- Comply with industry licensing, data protection, audit trails, model evaluation, content security, and OpenAI/Anthropic requirements.
Without appropriate qualifications, professional review, and compliance measures, you may not use this Service to directly provide personalized medical diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, legal opinions, investment advice, credit approvals, insurance underwriting, employment decisions, housing eligibility determinations, criminal justice judgments, or other automated decisions that have a significant impact on individual rights.
9. Model Training, Scraping, and Competitive Uses
Unless you have obtained explicit authorization from NextHub, you may not:
- Massively scrape, cache, copy, reuse, or distribute GPT/Claude outputs for training, fine-tuning, distillation, evaluation, reverse engineering, or building models or services that compete with OpenAI/Anthropic;
- Attempt to extract, infer, copy, reproduce, decompile, or bypass model weights, system prompts, routing strategies, account pool strategies, billing strategies, risk control strategies, or underlying implementations;
- Use automated requests, similar requests, batch accounts, proxy pools, or other methods to evade detection, inflate quotas, reduce costs, or bypass restrictions;
- Resell, sublicense, relay, repackage, or publicly offer the capabilities of this Service, unless expressly permitted by NextHub pages, orders, or a written agreement between the parties.
10. Downstream User Management
If you embed the capabilities of this Service into your own products, websites, bots, agents, plugins, workflows, or other applications, you are responsible for your end users' behavior and must take reasonable measures to:
- Establish terms of use, privacy notices, content policies, and complaint and reporting channels;
- Manage end users' identity, permissions, quotas, frequency, content, and anomalous behavior;
- Retain auditable logs where necessary for investigating abuse, billing disputes, security incidents, or regulatory requirements;
- Do not provide access to sanctioned, restricted, banned, unauthorized, or ineligible parties based on region, age, or identity requirements;
- Promptly stop relevant access and cooperate with investigations upon discovering illegal activities, key leakage, abnormal consumption, attacks, or complaints.
11. Monitoring, Handling, and Appeals
We may monitor and handle usage based on system logs, risk control signals, OpenAI/Anthropic or other upstream feedback, complaints and reports, payment risks, abnormal traffic, human review, or regulatory requirements.
If we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy, or that your use may result in illegality, infringement, security risks, billing issues, upstream bans, third-party complaints, or public risks, we may take measures including rate limiting, request denial, service suspension, API Key disabling, account freezing, balance freezing, requesting supplementary materials, content deletion, service termination, refund refusal, or notification to upstream providers or regulators.
If you believe a decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal through customer service, tickets, email, or other official channels displayed on NextHub pages, providing your account, order numbers, request IDs, time ranges, business explanations, remedial measures, and other necessary materials. We will review the matter based on the evidence within a reasonable time, but review does not automatically restore the relevant services.
